Shipping & Returns
Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes - please use your residential or work address.
Products are usually dispatched from our offices between one and three working days after payment has been confirmed. Payment confirmation is immediate for Credit Card payments, and usually takes less than 24 hours for EFTs, although this does differ depending on which banks are involved. Shipping speeds depend on stock levels and shipping method chosen. Shipping times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Outlying areas may experience delayed shipping. If a delivery is expected to take longer than seven days, the customer will be contacted.
While the couriers we use have proven themselves to be highly reliable, we do take the precaution of insuring every product that is shipped. Should a product not arrive or arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so we can organize the shipping of a replacement product, or a refund. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Should a product not be immediately available, the customer will be contacted and given the option of a refund or placing a back order for the product.
Credit Card Acquiring – Payment Gateway
Credit Card Transactions are acquired by MyGate Communications (Pty) Ltd, a registered systems operator and payment gateway in South Africa. Card Holders may go to www.mygate.co.za to view MyGate’s security policy.
Returns Policy:
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions. Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to the Marketing Manager, nick@bundupower.co.za.
If a client is not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within five days of the delivery for a full refund, less the shipping costs.
A full refunds will only be issued if products are returned unopened and with all packaging, manuals and other material, of any nature, that were part of the original purchase.
All products being shipped back to Spares Warehouse must be repackaged into their original packaging. Should a product be damaged while being shipped to our offices Spares Warehouse will not be liable for the damages. We therefore recommend that you insure your products when shipping them back to us.

All products are covered by their respective factory warranties and Spares Warehouse offers a 30 day warranty on all faulty products. Shipping expenses will not be paid for by Spares Warehouse. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the goods are returned to Spares Warehouse with all their original packaging and any additional accessories and manuals.
